Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

Our deep tissue massage may use organic essential oils, CBD balm or Magnesium Oil for enhanced recovery, hot/cold therapy, and cupping to gently warm and soften layers for deeper work, adhesion breakup, lengthening and releasing of tissues. 

Though this firmer, focused technique can be intense, it should never be painful. We specialize in a softer, mindful approach for clients who need extra care. Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for pain management, injury recovery, and active bodies.
