Booking Information
Please note:
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment (including gift certificate redemptions). Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking— It is securely held on file only to honor our cancellation policy. You are welcome to pay for your session using any preferred method at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation policy:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time slot to other clients, when it might have otherwise filled.
No show policy:
Appointments that are not cancelled in advance and are missed without notice will be charged a 100% no-show fee for the scheduled service.
We kindly ask that you respect our cancellation and no show policies, as your time and our time are both valuable— thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
To support the best possible experience, please arrive to your session with clean skin, free of sunscreen, ocean water, sweat, or anything that may interfere with massage oils.
In consideration of those with sensitivities or allergies, we kindly ask that you arrive free of tobacco smoke and synthetic fragrances such as perfume, cologne, or heavily scented products.
